I’m Lydia Fogo Johnson, MS, ACC, and I know how you feel because I’ve been there, too.
Before founding ThriveCulture Coaching, I spent years consulting with C-suite leaders in fast-paced, high-pressure workplaces — while silently burning out myself. I know what it’s like to look “successful” on the outside while barely holding it together.
I’m not here to push self-care trends or toxic productivity.
I’m a quadruple-certified coach with a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (which is just a fancy way of saying I study how people, leadership, and workplaces actually function). My coaching goes beyond your calendar. I help you untangle stress, build capacity, and lead with resilience — from the inside out.
