Lydia Fogo Johnson, M.S., is a quadruple-certified holistic career coach who helps burned-out professionals design fulfilling, balanced careers so they can thrive at work and at home. She specializes in helping her clients improve their stress, burnout, work/life balance, job satisfaction, engagement, and fulfillment.
Lydia’s approaches are evidence-based yet holistic, combining broad expertise from her four coaching certifications, master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and years of corporate HR consulting experience. Her work is deeply informed by her passion for mindfulness, creativity, and mental health.
When she’s not coaching, you might find Lydia exploring Chattanooga Tennessee’s vibrant outdoors with her toddler, whipping up vegetarian dishes, creating art, or staying up too late reading a good book.
