Coaching to Help You

Stop the Stress Cycle so You Can

Lead Well and Live Well

Career success shouldn’t require sacrificing your health and happiness.

She Leads Well is a women’s leadership development and holistic career coaching program designed for ambitious female leaders who want to overcome burnout, reduce stress, and lead with confidence– without sacrificing their personal life or well-being.

Are you tired of constant stress and burnout?

From the outside, you have it all—the big career, the impressive title, the beautiful family.

But inside? You’re drowning.

Before your feet hit the floor in the morning, your mind is already racing. The never-ending to-dos, back-to-back meetings, unread emails—it’s exhausting.

Work follows you everywhere. Even at dinner with your family, you’re mentally replaying conversations and bracing for the next fire to put out.

You care about your work, but it’s taken over. You’ve worked hard to get here, but now it feels like work is taking more than you have to give.

You’ve tried the usual fixes—productivity hacks, self-care routines, even sweaty spin classes. But nothing actually changes the stress.

And if you’re a mom juggling a big job and little kids? You’re burnt out at home, too. You’re the default parent, the mental load carrier. You can’t remember the last time you did something just for yourself.

You know something has to give… or your sanity will.

Imagine, instead, you enjoyed a thriving career that left space for your life.

We’re not talking about running on empty and barely surviving…

We’re talking about truly thriving, where you:

Are in control of your calendar, workload and priorities, finally making progress on meaningful work instead of being stuck in reactive, firefighter mode.

Lead your team with confidence and sustainability, knowing you have the leadership skills to influence, lead, and support– without overextending yourself.

Fully detach from work after hours, showing up as the present, supportive partner, parent, and friend you want to be.

Have time and energy to take care of YOU, whether it’s a morning coffee, yoga class, or finally picking up that dusty book on your nightstand.

You set clear boundaries—without the guilt. Enjoy real work-life balance– No more late-night emails, calls during your kid’s soccer games, or weekend Slack messages.

Pursue your next career step with confidence, knowing exactly what you want and the value you bring—whether that means growing where you are or making a change.

If this sounds like your version of career success,
Then She Leads Well is for you.

Testimonials

Maddie P.

Employee Relations Consultant in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Before coaching I was feeling extremely burnt out, stuck in my career path, and a sense of aimlessness in life.

I'm only 5 sessions in and I'm already feeling a new sense of awareness of what I value in life and work through Lydia's discussions and exercises.

What has been especially helpful is identifying my values and needs, mapping activities to meet them and get more of them in my life, and looking at what career paths overlap my different needs.

Amber T.

Highschool Teacher in Chattanooga, TN

When I started coaching, I hoped to find answers and advice for what to do next in life. What I found is that I had all of those things within me. I realized that external validation doesn’t feel as good as having a deep inner knowing. I gained the confidence to ask for what I need in both personal and professional settings.

I learned to trust myself and made the decision to walk away from a job because it wasn’t what I wanted anymore. My expectations were far exceeded because I gained more than I had dared to hope for.

Hayley S.

Creative Entrepreneur in Chattanooga

I signed up for coaching during a career transition. I had been fairly unhappy in my job and was looking for help to make a pivot towards a career more closely aligned with my passions.

After coaching with Lydia, I have a better understanding and appreciation for my talents and how I can use them to make a difference. Both in a career and in life in general. I also find I have a healthier relationship with how much a career defines a person.

One of the biggest qualities I found very helpful when working with Lydia is her background in psychology. Being able to have a mindset that considers mental health and neurodiversity really made our coaching feel really productive and oriented around the whole person.

I also really appreciated all of her worksheets and follow-up emails that always included extra resources.

Working with Lydia is a great opportunity to grow career-wise and personally. You'll learn how to grow and pivot your career while focusing on making a long-term impact on yourself.

Laine A.

Caregiver in Nashville, Tennessee

Through coaching with Lydia, I learned how to speak to myself more kindly and how to differentiate helpful and healthy thought patterns from more toxic and unhelpful ones.

One big breakthrough I had was the idea that I am already in the process of creating my "dream life." I felt so far away from it beforehand, but Lydia helped me to see that I am in the active process of creating it, and that I have evidence to back it up.

We walked through what my dream life looked like, and she helped me see all the ways that I was already directly manifesting that in my current life. Now I feel like I can better enjoy my current life while still working on creating my next chapter.

David K.

I hired Lydia because I wanted to analyze my life in a way that I struggle to do on my own.

Working together feels like being with a scientific expert. Coaching helped me not just to imagine a future, but to plan it out meticulously. This helped me to see the potential life change for what it actually would be.

Overall, this process has made me more mindful, gain acceptance for my situation, and be happier. I feel that I've achieved greater focus and a better grasp of what I am in control of in my life.

Kaylee G.

Entrepreneur in Boston

"I can do hard things" are words I couldn't say whisper before I started working with Lydia. It's not something I believed.
Now, almost 12 sessions into our Coaching Sessions, and I feel like I can shout it from the mountaintops. I actually think I say it every day.
The action steps (homework), links to articles, and references that Lydia has brought into my life have helped my confidence, direction, and gratitude.
I'm grateful for everything I have learned so far with Lydia and her incredibly strong spirit.

Molly N.

Director at a Saasco company

I have been working with Lydia for over a year now and can't recommend her enough! Her style, expertise, insight, and approach has been incredibly. helpful for me as a working mom, navigating a career in tech. Coaching has helped me create more work-life balance and prioritize myself in ways that used to feel inaccessible - like stepping away from work for lunch with a friend or a mid-day yoga class! I appreciate her mindfulness tips she peppers into conversations and materials. As I start planning a job change, the advice and guidance she's giving for resumes, networking, interviewing, etc. has been incredibly helpful!

Angela M.

Healthcare Worker

Before coaching, I was really struggling with clear boundaries between my work and my personal life, often bringing work home. I felt disorganized, unfulfilled, and stuck in a rut. Now, even though I'm in the exact same role, I have strong, healthy boundaries and can mentally clock out after work. I no longer feel like I have to take on everything and feel more meaning and fulfillment at work. Countless small changes have paid off - even a coworker of mine mentioned she'd noticed a positive change in me! Because of coaching, my work stress has declined by 50% and my career fulfillment has increased by 30%.

I highly recommend Lydia as a coach, especially to women who struggle to trust their instincts and let go of their own or others' expectations. Lydia was patient and affirming. I have felt so much more motivation and enthusiasm over the past few months!

Celeste C.

Human Resource Consultant in Atlanta, GA

Lydia coached me through an Enneagram session. She was very thoughtful in her approach and did a great job explaining what the assessment was and how it could help me better understand myself.

What was great was she focused on how my personality traits show up in all aspects of my life, like home life, friends/family, and career/work. She then worked with me to devise a game plan on how I could improve areas of my life by leaning into my strengths and followed up with additional resources and next steps.

Lydia is kind, understanding, and patient - she is a great coach who guides and supports your self-discovery journey!

FAQs:

I’m super busy- How much time will this program take and will it fit with my schedule?

I designed She Leads Well specifically for women like you — women who don’t have hours of free time to waste.

Here’s the truth: you don’t need to overhaul your whole life or spend 10+ hours a week on coaching. Most clients invest 2–4 hours per month into the program — and that’s enough to start seeing real change.

That time gets spread across:

  • A private coaching session with me (scheduled when it works for you)

  • A monthly group workshop (live or replay on your own time)

  • Optional circle calls and Slack check-ins if you want extra support

And here’s the key: everything we cover is designed to save you time and energy. Instead of spinning your wheels, you’ll have tools to cut back on stress, set boundaries that stick, and focus on the things that actually matter.

👉 Even if you can only commit a couple of hours a month, you’ll walk away with strategies that pay you back tenfold in clarity, capacity, and confidence.

💡 Want to go faster? You can. If you’re eager to make progress ASAP, there’s ample opportunity to dive deeper — through live sessions, recorded resources, and our VIP track, which lets you book up to weekly 1:1 coaching calls for extra accountability and acceleration.

The program meets you where you are — whether you’re pressed for time or ready to dive in, you’ll get results without burning out your calendar.

What are outcomes some other client's have had after coaching with you?

Everyone’s journey is unique—but many of my clients start in a similar place: burned out, overwhelmed, and unsure what to change or how to change it. Together, we help them reconnect to what matters, build sustainable leadership habits, and reclaim their energy and career fulfillment.

Here are a few real client stories that show what’s possible:

🌟 Annie was a management consulting director constantly on the road with no work-life balance. She was overwhelmed, burned out, and felt like she was letting everyone down at work and home.
Now? She’s still in her leadership role, but she’s delegated more effectively, enforced clearer boundaries around travel and hours, and finally feels confident mentally clocking out after work so she can be present for her personal life and caregiving responsibilities.

🌟 Angela was working in a draining, client-facing healthcare setting and was seriously considering quitting a job she used to love.
Through coaching, she learned how to set boundaries, advocate for herself, and leverage her strengths to improve her day-to-day experience. She stayed in the same job—but now she’s thriving, and she’s become a change-maker in her department, improving both her experience and patient outcomes.

🌟 Maddie was completely burned out from a demanding HR consulting job and realized her work no longer aligned with her values.
She used coaching to set short-term boundaries and avoid total burnout while planning a career break. After a sabbatical traveling the country with her husband, she pivoted into a more values-aligned environmental role—one that offers her more purpose, balance, and peace.

Whether your next step is staying and redesigning your current role, or pivoting into something new, She Leads Well helps you get there with a roadmap, a coach, and a system of support.

Real results come from strategic action, consistent support, and permission to prioritize your well-being along the way—and that’s what we’ll build together.

How do I know if I should do this program, another career coaching program, or therapy?

This is a thoughtful and important question—and the answer really depends on your current goals, challenges, and what kind of support you’re looking for.

She Leads Well is a holistic, high-touch coaching program designed to help female leaders and ambitious professionals reduce burnout, improve work-life balance, and lead sustainably—without sacrificing their well-being, families, or future career growth.

If you want personalized support with stress management, boundaries, leadership growth, career clarity, or making your current role more sustainable, this is the place for you.

You may be a great fit for She Leads Well if you…

  • Are feeling burnt out from leadership, caregiving, or constantly being “on”

  • Want to create healthier boundaries and a better relationship with your work

  • Are craving clarity about your career goals and what will actually fulfill you

  • Want to lead well without sacrificing yourself in the process

  • Are looking for a whole-person coaching experience that considers your job, your family, and your identity—not just your resume

If you’re primarily navigating a career change and you’re not interested in burnout or leadership coaching,

You might be a better fit for my other program, The Intentional Career Pivot.

That program is designed for professionals who are:

  • Unfulfilled in their current role or industry

  • Exploring new career directions or returning to work after a break

  • Needing help with job search strategy, decision-making, and making a confident, values-aligned pivot

Therapy may be a better fit if…

  • You’re experiencing acute mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or emotional dysregulation

  • You want to process past trauma, identity challenges, or relational patterns at a deeper psychological level

  • You’re in a toxic or unsafe work/life environment and need crisis support or trauma-informed care

Many of my clients are in therapy and coaching at the same time—and they often find that the two complement each other beautifully.

Still unsure?

That’s what the free consult call is for. We’ll talk through your specific situation and I’ll help you figure out the best next step—whether that’s She Leads Well, The Intentional Career Pivot, therapy, or something else entirely.

📍 This isn’t about pushing you into the wrong program. It’s about helping you get the right support.

What is your typical client like? AKA, who do you tend to work with?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched too thin, or like you’ve lost yourself somewhere between your inbox and your to-do list—there’s a good chance She Leads Well was made for you.

This program is open to women who wants to reduce burnout and build a sustainable, fulfilling career—and creating safe, inclusive spaces is a top priority. You’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

That said, many She Leads Well members tend to be:

Women or female-identified professionals who want to succeed in their careers without sacrificing themselves in the process.

Working moms who are burned out from juggling leadership roles, caregiving, and the invisible mental load of keeping everything running.

Neurodivergent professionals (ADHD, highly sensitive, OCD, etc.) looking for a flexible, personalized coaching approach that honors how their brain works.

Values-driven professionals who care deeply about their work, but are tired of toxic hustle culture.

People who want holistic career coaching—support that takes their whole life into account, not just their job title.

Folks who value inclusivity and are seeking an LGBTQ+ and queer-affirming coaching space.

Will this work for a leader at my level (e.g., New managers, seasoned executives, C-Suite)?

Yes, this program is designed to meet you where you’re at, whether you’re new to leadership or a seasoned pro.

The tools and strategies taught in this program will work for leaders at any level, and we’ve had clients ranging from first time managers to C-Suite executives.

Your 1:1 sessions will offer tailored advice to your unique situation from a certified executive coach, and you’re sure to be able to connect with fellow leaders on your level in our community.

During the Lab workshops you’ll learn proven, evidence-based leadership strategies that pull from Industrial-Organizational psychology, leadership development trainings, and best practice leadership skills.

Is this a giant program where I’ll get lost in the crowd?

No! She Leads Well is designed to be high-touch and personal.

✔ You’ll get private 1:1 coaching for direct support from a certified executive career and life coach.

✔ You’ll have direct access to Lydia throughout the duration of the coaching program to answer any questions and troubleshoot challenges that pop up between sessions.

✔ Group sessions are highly interactive and small—NOT a massive crowd.

The Slack community is engaged and supportive—you won’t be just another name in a giant group.

📍 This is a personal, transformational experience—not a one-size-fits-all program.

Will this program help with job search strategy, resume feedback, or interview prep?

Yes!

While many of the members of this program plan to stay in their current job, we do offer support for anyone who decides it’s time for a job search, career pivot, or promotion, including…

On-Demand Resources → Access comprehensive guides, templates, and workbooks on job search strategy, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview prep.

Live & Asynchronous Support → Get personalized feedback on your resume, LinkedIn profile, or cover letter during coaching sessions or via Slack.

Mock Interviews & Salary Negotiation Coaching → Need help preparing for an interview or negotiating your next offer? We can use some of your 1:1 session time for this!

Clarity on Your Next Step → Not sure whether to stay, pivot, or go? We’ll work together to align your career goals with your long-term vision.

📍 Whether you’re actively job searching, trying to clarify your career goals, or decide to stay in your current job, we’ve got your back.

That being said, this program is not designed to solely focus on job searching and does NOT include done-for-you resume writing services, so if you have no interest in learning strategies to reduce burnout or improve your leadership skills, another program may be a better fit. If you’re unsure, please book a free consultation call to learn more!

Who is the coach behind She Leads Well? What are your qualifications?

You can get a deep-dive all about me on my About page, but here’s the quick version:

Hi! I’m Lydia Fogo Johnson, MS, ACC, the founder and coach behind ThriveCulture Coaching and She Leads Well. I’m a quadruple certified ICF-accredited executive coach, burnout coach, and Industrial-Organizational Psychology / Human Resources consultant.

I specialize in helping high-achieving women create sustainable success—without burnout. My background includes:

Five years of leadership and career coaching experience, helping everyone from individual contributors to C-Suite executives overcome burnout, create work-life balance, improve their career fulfillment, create career development plans, build their leadership skills, and navigate career pivots and job searches.

Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (the study of work, leadership, and well-being).

ICF-accredited executive coaching life certification—meaning I’ve met the highest industry standards for professional coaching.

Years of corporate experience in HR consulting, leadership development, employee well-being, and workplace psychology—helping leaders at every level learn how to cultivate employee engagement and create fulfilling, thriving cultures. I’ve worked in a variety of fields, including SaaS/Technology, public sector/government adjacent, and academia.

Multiple certifications and continued education, including: Executive Coaching, Designing Your Life (supporting career transitions), Matrescence (supporting new, expecting, and seasoned mothers), Fair Play (helping with motherhood burnout and the domestic load), Dare to Lead (leadership development by Brene Brown), and more.

I’ve worked with leaders across corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, tech, academia, and beyond—and I know firsthand that career success shouldn’t require self-sacrifice.

📍 In She Leads Well, I bring together everything I’ve learned from coaching, HR consulting, and research to help you create a career and life that actually works for you.

Do you offer payment plans or scholarships?

    Yes!

    • I offer monthly payment plans to help make the financial cost of coaching feasible. These plans are flexible; ask me for details during our discovery call.
    • I also strive to make coaching accessible, so I offer a limited number of scholarships to help reduce the financial cost of such life-changing work.

By the way, I have had clients successfully get their company pay for this program as part of their leadership development plan or employee benefit package.

I’m neurodiverse (e.g., ADHD, OCD, HSP, etc). Will this work for me?

    Yes!

Many of our members are neurodivergent women or identify as highly sensitive people (and Lydia, our founder is an ADHD, HSP woman, too!), so this program is designed with that in mind.

Flexible structure → Attend live or on-demand, work at your own pace.

Custom coaching → We tailor strategies to your brain, challenges, and strengths.

Realistic approaches → No rigid “one-size-fits-all” productivity hacks—just sustainable, personalized solutions.

✔ Workbooks & resources → Organize your thoughts with workbooks and reflective prompts that are proven to work for neuroscience minds (after all, Lydia is a late diagnosed ADHD woman herself, so they’re made to work for brains like ours!)

✔ Accountability for increased motivation → Coaching provides you with a built-in accountability buddy, helping you set realistic goals and follow through with them because you’ve got someone standing beside you every step of the way!

📍 If you’ve struggled with time management, burnout, or focus, this program will help you build strategies that actually work for your neurodiverse brain.

I’m not sure I’ll be able to attend live group events. Will I still get value?

    Absolutely—yes.

This program was specifically designed with busy professionals, working parents, and unpredictable schedules in mind.

While live events like Thrive Labs (monthly workshops) and Guest Expert Sessions are amazing to attend in real time, you’ll get full access to high-quality replays of every session—so you can watch them on your own time, in your PJs, while folding laundry, or whenever works for you.

    Here’s how it works:
